I am with you. I think it's really bad form. And it has happened to me, a couple of times, when all I was trying to do was get back to town and buy a weapon so I could defend myself (since I'd lost everything, of course! But now there's the Horde, and I )intend to hire them to go after those sons of bitches who kill for no reason than to just wipe out another character.
