Not sure about a double tattoo, or if that's possible. I wouldn't think so, given that each religion is the same and if you are tattooed it means you follow that religion very well and strictly. So you wouldn't have to find two coinciding spheres, but two coinciding religions.
The closest thing of course is ditching your God's tattoo for Satan's, which I've seen a few people do.
