Since the Empire is a bit on the weak side nowadays, why not give them some mercs...like traveling centurions. They fight like the bears of the rangers. So that all the Imperials could gather up a so called ARMY of imperial warriors. It would definatly help them fight off the Ragers. Sounded like a good idea to me.
