You need to go on IRC. This kind of thing is allocated alot of time by the CF "experts" and "elites."
The truth is, the Black powers are pretty damn good. Centurions and circle are killers. Would I rather have insects and wall? Hell yes, but Sylvan's *alot* more selective in entrance. I have to admit, all the ragers are annoying: I have zero grasp on a role, anymore, I just log on and killragerkillragerkillragerkilllkillkillkill. You have *no* idea how tired I am of fighting ragers.
Is giving the Empire more powers the solution? Hell no. Soon the Empire will be all powerful and boring as Hell. You should be happy it's like this: the rager/sylvan gangbang/tag teams will hone your skills and teach you your limitations and make the game more fun for you.
If there's one area that needs more power, it's the Maran: In my very humble opinion, I think Phoenix Fire should either:
1. Act as a healing curse.
2. Take away magikal transportation like insects.
But, that's just me.
