I could see it now. A group of 4 ragers without the head kill themselves and walk pass the centurions. Sit at the vanquisher and wait till they unghost. Then attack the vanquisher. Yeah, it is annoying when you die somewhere and need to cross eastern to get to your corpse, but there are plenty of ways to cross that area without hitting them.
