Damned Takashimi,

You told me you'd come for the rites. I've been dragging around a heavy as
hell [weapon you lost in an Omegus Shove/Parting blow incident] forever
expecting to run into you. I even made it through the rites without dying
and losing it. If I'd done well in the rites (and I did) I'd hoped I could
convince whoever was running them to let me will you a few leftover trains too,
so you could die an old man, but I've not been around as much and I just never
ran into you after them.

I knew Takashimi over several characters, and you were an excellent veteran,
and would have been a great leader if you'd had a bit more time to put into it.
Personally I thought you were around enough in the beginning, but the forum was
an instant sea of pissing and moaning from lowbie apps, and it kind of got things
off on the wrong foot. Takashimi was cold and dismissive to any rager he didn't
know yet, but a loyal and fearless friend to anyone you decided was worth your
time. You were unconcerned with dying or nice armor, you seemed to try to show
up when the odds were against you, and probably never quit once without the head
in the village. These things, and not the veteran of battle title, are what made
your opinions carry so much weight, even with new members. Thanks for helping me
endure Elgadon, Bliscass, and Zorszaul.

You were easily the best assassin in the game. I spent some time trying, and couldn't
even come up with someone who came close.

Ludi
