So a few months ago, I was talking to [name censored]. He had a character idea but needed a little help with it. He had a brilliant idea, which was to make a character who for some reason, couldn't use vowels when he spoke. However, he felt it was too much trouble to leave out vowels as he typed, so I offered to write him a program where he could type in a sentence, then copy/paste the formatted version. Due to his recent postings on the forum, I have become upset with him, and thus am releasing the program he uses for this character to the public.

P.S. Yes, I know I have too much time on my hands, but what's 15 minutes wasted on this when I've (temporarily) stopped mudding?
