All the time he spends snooping, he could pick a new council. Kick the lazy SECT leaders out. Pick new people. I am just saying he need to let mortals run the cabal for once. Empire is not supposed to be perfect. There will be people that kill in towns, break imperial laws, etc. I would like to see mortals enforce that. If the mortal leader lets it slide, then the leader should be punished. Kicking people out for stupid shit is also stupid. The healer did not break any SECT law that thing. I know he has before, but that time he didn't. Scrwing an empowered character like that is just wrong.
