IC: Rezkirat, I hated your guts. We had an agreement that the raiding would stop if I had arbiters stop working with your enemies.
That was fine. It makes sence, as arbiters are supposed to be neutral, and I didn't want us drawn into a war, anyways.
The ink was not yet dry on the note I wrote to arbiters, when Minalcar raids and takes the book.
This either means that you were a liar or were unable/unwilling to take control of your people. Either way, it doesn't speak well of you as a leader.
OOC: I felt a little bad for you as you seemed overwhealmed and inexperienced with your new duties.
I do have a question. The first rule of a cabal leaer is to never, ever, EVER, start a war with the arbies as it always will end badly for you.
What were you thinking?
