I thought your points were valid. I just thought I'd throw in a different point
of view. When I read the log, and others where characters are made anathema, I've
questioned what the hell is going on. It seems you can be made anathema for blowing
your nose in the wrong dimension.

> Anyway, I won't repeat myself. What you said was valid, and I suppose it depends on whether you trust that the Immortal that Anath'd you is fair and valid and making the cabal playable. And I do appreciate you disagreeing with me.

I'm not even sure who runs the Empire cabal anymore. If it's only Zul, I don't think
he'd do those types of things to players that the log suggests.. that is making characters
anathema for no reason at all. Though this same criticism seems to pop up rather
frequently.
Cador would be a perfect example. No many people thought he was being fair and making
the cabal playable. To the contrary. More recently, I think Sebeok has taken a lot of
heat as well.

> And, looking at the recent logs, becoming Anathema seems inevitable.

I see that as well. Remember though, if the cabal was running with a full council, you
could made anathema just on a whim. I'd trust the immortal who has a better look (better
information) into the situation.

I'm starting to wonder though if DIKU is going to start burning Empire
immortals in effigy much like they did Cador.
