thanks to you folk who searched and pasted stuff for me, I appriciate it. The updated times of when it's a good chance to catch Shokai are:
M-F 5pm-midnight(ish) EST

and then at random times various points past midnight. Generally up to around 2am, or so.

Saturdays and Sundays are sketchy at best, but generally I'll pop on sometime inbetween 2am and 5am or so.

Granted these times are based on when I have the oppurtunity to be online, so to quote Nepenthe 'mileage may vary'. Hope this helps.
