Theres a lot behind it, none of it actually worth the title, but it's been explained to me, albeit poorly. I don't agree with it, but I also cannot do a thing about it(save roleplaying out of it). For those of you who hate the IMMS for things, don't. Most of the time they're just doing what they think needs to be done, even if they can be excessive or closeminded occasionally; who isn't. Well, now that I feel like a certified-ASS, we'll see if I can't RP myself out of this.
