I took my dear felar assassin exploring last night and he ended wasted, OBLILERATED actually, and finding myself dead, another con point less, and 50K deep before the next level, I deleted in a moment of extreme frustration.

Unfortunately, I've now discovered I am not allowed to create a new character from my home pc.

Could anybody explain to me why that is?
