Actually I find the posts to be very similar with what I deal with at work (Customer Support). How many people call to tell you 'I love the product, everything works to my expectations.' None,(though they will give a lot of praise if you poll them). If they don't call up to complain (sometimes with a valid reason!), they have some sort of helpful suggestion they just...won't...let...go of. I would hope that the IMMs (and some of your more knowing folks around here) take it in stride. .02
