Since some people have no use for gold. I sugguest you can use gold to buy percent of practices at guildmasters. For example if Your ability in the skill spear is at 75%. You can pay something like 500,000 gold to increase it by 5%. But I think there should be some restrictions on this, like you can only do this for skill or spell above 65% and it will not advance over 90%.
