Ok, I never perfected them. Just practiced them to 91% to get the next. Though if your sphere is Dedication or if you are going to stay at the certain rank for a long time or if you are a drow or if you just have nothing else to do, you can consider perfecting your last kick before moving to the next.
Theoretically, mule kick might be worth perfecting, but you must be Zorszaul to use things like that in the right time.
