2) If you're talking about the pugil thing, I've always been a big fan of trying things out for yourself. A lot of Forum info is incomplete or flawed, and it is best taken with a grain of salt. A little skepticism goes a long way- I first got the idea from a Forum post, but I tested it anyway.
