There is no way of knowing if you are marked aside from being attacked when you are camoed or for the assassin to show up where you are without fail... And the only way for the mark to be removed is for the assassin to mark someone else, or for you to quit, which I do not recommend as it will earn you a quick death from the Immortals if they happen to be watching.
