I've seen her both in mid-afternoon and late nights EST. She's usually vis during the night if she's vis at all.

It has gotten harder to tell though since Astein has wizi now so you can't automatically assume that the immortal talking over CB is Bria. Astein is ALWAYS around, he's either 4 years old and thus doesn't have school yet or he's 65 and retired with nothing better to do. Seems like he's always there.
