Tyler was lawful(order)/evil, the man had a plan from day one. He knew where it would go and what he could accomplish if he played people correctly. He used them all to achieve his goal. He didn't care about anything except achieving his goal.(in essence burning away the fog) The only reason he cared about...well I won't say anymore to ruin for anyone who hasn't seen it but you know why the other guy was a essential part to Tyler.
