I realize that it is for balance reasons. And this is just fine with me.
But duergar have two more strength than Dwarves.
In the "help" duergar, it sais that years of theivery and stealth, eskewing stone work, has made them more nimble and less healthy....
Would not it make sense for them to have lost strength as well? I do not see a race of professional thieves as evolutionarily stronger than a race of stone/metal workers.
Would it not make better sense to have dwarves at 23 and duergar at 21?
Like I said, It is balanced fine how it is...just looking for opinions on the subject.
