question on the supplication "fatigue":

Fatigue (Level 21)

Syntax: commune 'fatigue' (victim)
This supplication induces a sudden rush of fatigue in the victim, causing moderate damage as well as a loss of movement.

I do not see a loss of movement...?!?!?! has fatigue changed? is it now just a purely damage supp?
