When Genofen went nuts and suicided/was dragged off by demons/whatever, there was immediately a big fight over the throne. Agorinth ended up anathema-ing Nastrael, and then anathed himself in remorse. Then the immortals purged the Empire. Agorinth came back as Emperor, and Nastrael as High Priest. And those two are the only Anathemas I know of to have been forgiven.
