The Entropy cabal, by its nature, doesn't have a normal hierarchy. There's no leader, and no "normal" application process. It never hurts to speak with members of the cabal, or their IMMs, to show that you understand what it is all about, however.

That being said, being an Entropist is not all about being "wacky". Erp?
