I believe at the moment Qeli leads. If your looking to get in, you might look for flontinot or you can do like I did and seek immortal assistance for entrance purposes. Course, that was while there was no mortal leader, and I had been trying to find pikel on with enough time to talk to me, but then he immorted so that may have had some play with it. In general though figure out who some of us are and then speak with us, there generally wont be anyone that wont talk to you, and flontinot is on quite a bit, not sure the other lieutenant. Sad since I'm in the cabal, but our play times just dont line up I guess.
