There's no doubt he is powerful and feared. My question is, why? Exactly? I mean could a master necro or an uncaballed necro be just as powerful. Is it because he is so knowleadgable of the areas? I know he gains strength from his phylacteries but can't all necro's do this. Some clarification is in order I think.

No not all necros, only those that get through the lich quest get strength from the phylacteries.....and yes, though there are other factors, those phylacteries are a big part of his strength n/t asdfg 20:28:17 5/20/2000 (2)
