Now here is the kicker, i tried to solve what would affect when you get the form. It appears to be random percentage each time you rank. I am sure you must have shapeshift mastered if you want any chance of getting your major form early. I also thought that the number of spells you mastered had something to do with it, but I think it is more skillcraft. Skillcraft just makes more sense because learning detect invis at a 100% is kinda lame if it affects your form. But skillcraft at a 100% would mean you are a master of your art. There is proably some formula that factors in shapeshift and skillcraft and gives you a random percentage when you rank of getting a form. The better your shaeshift and skillcraft, the better you chances. I would also master fly, stone skin, haste, slow, and control trans. Just in case. Plus you need them for your controls anyways. It may or may not help in getting early form.
