Upon maturing, a character gainst +1 strength, +1 wisdom. Upon aquiring middle age, I believe you gain another +1 wis, along with +1 intelligence, but loose -1 con. At old age, you gain +1 int, loose a dex or two, and more con. Not sure of the exact numbers here, never make it to old age :p
