In truth empowerment is not that hard to obtain. If your not having luck praying write the imm a note, this lets the imm know exactly when your on. Make sure you have a good role and stick to it. Pray often and you should have little to no trouble with it. I got empowered without ever actually speaking with the imm that did it, and so convinced that anyone can. It's really not that hard if you stick to your guns. Oh, and I suppose you have to be worth empowering to begin with.
