Arial or Felar Assassin

I have been trying to decide between going with an Arial or a Felar
Assassin. I was leaning toward felar due to the claw attacks,
(according to the forum) better skill with tiger strike and backfist and
higher hit points. However, I am wondering if dexterity affects
chances to assassinate, throw, etc. in addition to the defense skills.
Also, I was curious just how much of a hp difference would exist between
the two classes would exist. About how many hp (unclothed) would a hero
Felar have? Arial?
