You are always on quiet mode

the request to find mages body is hard enough for someone that can't see invis
unless you are svirf or assassin, but I am neither of which.

after gathering enough guts to run to the Citadel and killing Elim in fair combat
and getting Elim's head you are still on quiet mode and refuse to talk
of course then the head crumbles

what is an rager applicant to do?
