Yes. The Arcane knows what he is talking about, much more than I do. He was playing top-notch characters before I knew what CF was. I've been playing casually for about 18 months, with the last six months seeing more hours. There are plenty of things I haven't done, can't find, or just don't know, and experience matters a great deal in this game. I'm much more dangerous than I was a month ago in a PK sense, though I'm still quite bad at it.
The Arcane's post doesn't discuss roleplaying. Don't confuse the two. Playing skill can be separate, although he happens to do both very well.
