I have recently received the homonuclous as my familiar, but an not too sure on what it actually does.

I know that tie birds (raven and owl) are able to see the lands below...but have yet to figure out what my homo does.

It was hinted to me that I should watch my mental energies to see if I notice some differences, but I have yet to see any improvements.

Would anyone know of it's actual use?
