Why is rolling certain races for good stats really hard, and others realy easy? (small text):

When i roll giants, it gets me stats where int, wis, and usually dex are maxed, and str is 22, con 20 or 21, in about 200-300 rolls.
When i roll a human, felar, or arial, after 2500 rolls i still haven't gotten anything good.
A little help?
