Lets see.
Now, I could be wrong (I generally am) but I thought it was a
*think* the criteria was a piece of a mages body, not necassarily
the head. Take that for what it's worth.
As for the actual killing- That should be...easy. Find a mage
in an area you know well so you can run up on him easily.
As for the leader and veterans...Well, maybe you're harassing them.
If you bother a cabal leader, 99% of the time you can count your chances
of getting in as slim to none.
