All your converted pracs are probably going into con. My suggestion is to just join masters. Transform is really the easiest way to go. Transform, blowfish, aura rods, fly potions. These are a few of the things that'll make life easier. Especially since you'll be pk fodder until you get up in levels, and a tome makes a big fat difference with those spells.
