You see what happens when the empire imms start enforcing role play. Thats not to say that the ragers dont enforce roleplay at all, its just a guideline of how the no rping bastards cry when they are actually expected to play a character and stick to it. As far as I know, no cabal is a total cakewalk, all have their draw backs. So thus we can say that the idea you have really wouldn't do or change much of anything. Those people in battle will still beat your ass even without the deathblows.
