What if you already paid for entering the halls? That would be like flagging you after you died attacking a guildguard. Not like he was standing next to me when he flagged me. He was off in la la land. I was accused and bam! flagged no investagation no nothing. I think he flagged me just because I attacked him a week ago in the sewers. How was I suppose to know he was entropy. I just thought I'd be helpful. I really thought he did it out of revenage. But who cares right? As for returning items HE WAS RIGHT, the rules have been changed a bit. I checked out the the arbiters halls myself. *wink* And it was his right to keep everything he took, that sucks for me but good for arbiters. Long live ARBITERS!!!

As an arbiter you are sworn also to hunt entropy, since they are your sworn enemys. According to the pillars the only thing there is when it comes to return of items is : No weapons shall be returned.
