That is simply not true. Have you ever been able to gate from new thalos to the jade mountains? Or Arturi? No, they are in a completely different zone. Each area has a number preceeding it saying it is zone 1, 2, 3, etc. Gating/summoning from one to another does not work. Try it if you don't believe me.
