This is a lovely idea.
Would it be too difficult to switch letters about? Certain races would lend themselves well to certain consonants. Sort of a DIKU pig-latin. Lots of M's and R's in felars. Lots of G's and K's for duergars.
Plus, it would create a stronger sense of community among your race. Plus, you get to do what my spanish students do when I'm in the room and they want some privacy. I've always wanted to know what that's like.
> WOuld be nice if there were diferent languages in cf. How it could work: There would be two commands "native" and "common". When you speak in 'native', only those of your race could understand, it would sound like garbled for all others. Then you can shift to 'common' so all can understand. So a duergar could yell something in galadon in "native" and only the other duergars will understand it.
> Just an idea, I think it could bring something to roleplay and maybe some class could learn to speak other languages. There could also be combinations.. per example, dwarves and duergars could speak the same language, sfirvnebli and gnomes, giants... etc..
