Ragers had it tough when Thror was leader because the Tower worked more like a team and their were about 7 hero Transmuters, 3 invokers. 2 AP's and about 4 or 5 Necros. NT:

> Thror was Leader of Battle, Daerkshyn was a Veteran, and I was not too long inducted. I don't mind playing an underdog at times, but the tide was definitely against the Ragers at the time. Empire was VERY strong, as if trying to prove to themselves that they most definitely did not need Istendil for them to be a Cabal. And the Masters, well, two fire giant a-ps, one porcupine, one lion, and 3 invokers, all heros, can make mincemeat out of just about anybody that stands in front of them. I'm sorry if I don't remember names, this was after all almost eight months ago and I am no good with names in the first place.

> I don't claim to be anything special, it just so happened that aside from maybe three others, Thror and Daerk were the only two Ragers around when I logged on. Almost always, it was just us three. I would log on in the middle of raids, log on just after a raid, log on for an hour before somebody raided, but there was always a raid when I logged on, whether we had the head or not. During this time, we lost Ragers left and right, whether it was con death, deletions, or just flat out refusal to play. I am NOT pointing fingers here, I have no idea who was doing what at the time but I know we probably all three died a minimum of three times every time we came around.

> Now, here is the point of this message... Before Ax died of con loss, IC I agreed with Minalcar's reasoning for declaring war on the Arbiters. I mean, honestly, you have to admit there are some of the Arbiters who don't care about the laws and the enforcing thereof but power and what they can see with Vigilance. These are the ones who started it. Yes, yes, I know Ragers above any other Cabal have a tendency to be the ones to break the laws on a regular basis but keep in mind that Minalcar came up through the ranks during a time when the Arbiters would turn a blind eye on Masters attacking Ragers.

> Now, you'll notice that above I said I agreed with Minalcar's reasoning IC. OOC, I cringed when it happened. I know what it is like to be on the receiving end of a war like this and I truly do sympathize. I know I would not want to be on your end of things seeing as how I have been there one too many times already. There are very few people who would stick it out through such things and I respect those of you who have done so up till now. And, in defense of the Arbiters who might immediately log off when they see they don't have the book, I think it is more likely seeing the eight Ragers in range combined with the lack of powers that would make me seriously consider sticking around.

> The funny thing about this is, I know a quick and easy way to end this whole thing. I could tell you what would have to be done for there to be a truce between the Arbiters and the Ragers and I can almost guarantee that Minalcar would go for it. I am not, however, going to announce it here seeing as how the flames would be so hot and me being a felar and all.

> Again, I sympathize with all of you, the Arbiters, and I just hope you can hold out. I might quietly root for the Ragers just because of all the hell a bunch of us went through but as old as this char was, I think I deserve it.
