I'm not quite sure what you mean- There
are some Shrine Guardians that will send a tell
(or something, I dont know exactly) to imms when you
say a certain phrase or whatever. Now, for just regular
mobs off the street, an Imm is going to have to
be switched into them, or at least be in the same room
for it to hear you and respond (Though it can still
be fun to harass random mobs).
