As has been agreed by a majority of us, and when I say a majority, I mean two of us who drank too much and probably inhaled something toxic as well, here is the new system for empowerment.

Buddy system.

I appreciate the fact that the Imms here are completely cohesive. If one makes a mistake, everyone is completely behind them, covering their tracks, making excuses, etc. That's how it should be in any good organization, U.S. Military, Nixon Watergate squad, Wendy's Dave Thomas' embarrasing dog-burger campaign. In any case, here's what I suggest...

If you imms truly do trust each other's judgement...and it's obvious some poor bastard like me, who I won't mention any names, but has been following a certain lord of gluttony for over 300 real time hours without nary a kiss, not to mention names, but why can't an immortal who happens to be on say, "golly, this guy's been working pretty hard. 1. his desc looks good. 2. His role is fleshed out from rank 1 to present. 3. He seems to rp well. Why not empower him? So it's not the specific god. Cripes. Can't we all just get along.

Seriously, I've been seeking a god for a hella long time now, without so much as a peep from anyone, anywhere.

At the very minimum, how about a god whispering, 'His soul is taken far away on other affairs, be patient.' Is that so much to ask? CRIPES!

Now I'm getting hot. Oooh. It's not like empowered classes are all that kickass. They're cool, yes, but it's not as if a horde of non-rp healers who slipped through the system are going to obliterate masters or the village.

I'm fully aware that my rambling on might have deteriorated the effectiveness of this post. But the imms have already said here that complaints won't move them. So I guess I'm just rambling. However, I'm forwarding a copy of this to President Clinton, so rest assured action WILL be taken.
