Of all the cabals in Thera, arbiters probably has the fewest mages...and proabably members. When ole when will ragers get some balls and declare war on all cabals with mages. I still do not understand how they can justify having peace with empire or warders when those two cabals have more mages than masters. Please tell me how a cabal that kills a newbie warrior for carrying a potion hidden away in some sack, but at hero level ignores all those rules and allows an entire cabal to have magic in it?
Oh yeah...I forgot, rager cabal is not about fighting magic and having courage, it is about winning and having the most idiot members. Stopping magic in just one cabal is pretty lame. Yeah you beat the hell out of them, but the other 4 you don't fight double in mages.
