I've had a couple of hero muters in the past, and from what I've seen, there was little to no improvement in my forms (I was offensive/air and offensive/water....tiger seemed to dodge better and have more attacks as time went by, but that could be my imagination). However, one thing of note was that my minor water was a snapping turtle with no attacks, yet on the log board is a log of a snapping turtle with a couple of attacks....maybe it's been changed, maybe it's the form improving?
