I see Balgrimnir vis quite often, though not as much as say Astein, Bria, or Pico.

Jullias is around far more than you would think and his empowerments are probably the coolest out there. Jullias is the head cheese, the one that's there to fix the major fuck-ups as he has access to the box. So it's not like he can just not play at all, he has to be available. Christ, he probably has a CF-beeper :)
