They can call swarms anywhere but their odds of calling them indoors or in cities are slim.

I don't know what you're talking about with the underwater thing, and I've played four Sylvans. Even if they could, would that be such a tremendous deal? Hmm.

But plant growth is a druid supplication, not a Sylvan Power. There are very few (I can only think of two active) Sylvan druids so your point is moot. And there are people in the game who can destroy a forest room, one way or another.

90% effective? That empirical, bud? Let me answer my own question: No. Sounds to me like you've had a few unlucky fights with a Warder or Warders, but not enough to figure out what's going on. Keep at it.

Don't get me wrong. Wall of thorns and insect swarm are very powerful and (I think) some of the best pk'ing powers in the game. They just don't work quite like you think they work.
