Deleting in a fit of pique is childish, even if you're Takashimi and a real cool guy. We all do it, but it's silly, even and perhaps especially under extenuating circumstances. Or even (*gasp* Can it be?) after you've been anathema'd. Or lost your two favorite pieces of gear. Or just found out you didn't get the familiar you wanted. Doing this demonstrates that what you enjoyed about the game wasn't your role, which isn't in the least bit harmed by a pk death, or the sheer challenge of the game, which has, in fact, been enhanced by your death.
Yes, I know, I'm being hypocritical. I do it too. I never laid claim to maturity.
