to change your class. Like in Wizardry I. You chose to switch classes from a rank 25 invoker, to a thief. You keep your exp, but lose all invoker skills/spells till you rank up to a 26 thief. (One level above your last class). So it may be difficult having rank 30 people in your pk while your are effectively a rank 1 thief with above avg HP, but, hey no one asked you to change class! Of course some skills/spells could only be learned by a one class person. Since we seem to be leaning toward character specialization, it would be a neat idea. Do I expect to see it? No. But it's a fun idea.
