Honestly I ran into the same ceiling just like I have now. I'd say you should try the battlefields depending on your alignment, but them you have to be watchful because lots who are in your range will be passing through as well. IF you have a strong enough group you can do the frost giants, but remember that anyone without protection from heat and cold will not be a happy camper there. Maybe the felars there would be decent for you now but you'll have to find that out on your own and they like to trip and cheap shot alot. Good luck.
Personally I ended up caving and going to arial city, my skills suffered tremendously but I've worked since them to be in the woods enough to regain my creep and quick recovery from ambush and such.
